Rectification – We are obliged to correct or update your details.

Erasure – This is also known as the request to be forgotten.

How Will Your Data Be Used?

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you.  These will be limited to your:

Email address, first and last name, address, town, city, county and postcode.  This information is provided to us by PayPal at the point of sale.  We will use your email address to contact you to confirm your purchase and then once we have posted your item in order to provide any tracking information.  7 days later, assuming that we haven’t heard from you and all is well with your order, your details will be deleted from our system.  We won’t contact you again unless you contact us first.  Likewise, we only use your postal address for the purpose of posting your parcel to you.  We don’t hold on to this information afterwards.

However, PayPal will keep a record of your transaction and provide details of such to our accountancy software.  Please see below under “payments” and “service providers”

We may employ third party companies and individuals such as an accountant and accountancy software.

These third parties have access to your PayPal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

This means we never have access to and will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to PayPal whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.
